Andrina smiled as everything was going well. No one suspected a thing, which was funny. Well the humans didn’t suspect anything. She laughed a little. Everyone else was fitting in perfectly. This so far was one of her best ideas yet. Supernatural hanging out with humans, it actually worked.
I still think something would go wrong. For you it always seems to hun.
‘Grandmother, it doesn’t always go bad. I take William everywhere I go and he’s only attacked one person. Okay two but that other guy was asking for it.’ Andrina thought as she scanned the area.
Nothing should go wrong. Besides, this was kind of her father’s idea. And in the evening? She shook her head. She agreed to it, but she didn’t know that he would have them come in the evening. That’s when most of her jobs take place. That’s where inviting the supernatural came in. If all the ones she and her grandmother knew where there, she wouldn’t have to go to them first and could hit the others. She had also invited a lot of nobles that she, her father, her mother and her brother knew. That was a lot of invites to write. They had Marques, Dukes, Earls, you name it. If her family knew them they were there. Andrina just didn’t know too many people so she invited some of the business partners she’d made. She understood if some of them could not come.
‘I don’t expect Ciel to come. He’s a wallflower and he doesn’t speak.’ Andrina thought as she walked around with William.
She saw William look up at her and she smiled. She looked back up and just saw various people walking around.
‘So many people. Oi. I’d rather be around supernatural.’ Andrina whined in her head.
She felt William pull on his leash and he slipped from her grasp. Well, he couldn’t do anything too bad. At the worst, he could bark up a storm at the moment. Andrina let her body wonder and soon found herself at the window. Why was it closed? It was hot in there! She unlatched it and pushed the heavy glass open. Her hair shifted as ghosts zoomed pass her. As long as they didn’t do anything they weren’t supposed to, besides, her grandmother would keep them in check. She turned back to the party and let a small yawn escape her mouth. It my have been her party, but she was the one bored. Well, as long as her guests her entertained she couldn’t complain. She walked back up to the stairs to get a look at her family before she had the musicians play. She scanned the area. Her eye twitched as she saw her mom flirting with other men. Her father was on the opposite side and he was trying to avoid the women. Her brother was flirting with all the women he could. Like Mother like son was the old expression right? She sighed and looked towards the musicians. She nodded her head in their direction and they began to play. Andrina stepped down and crossed her arms; this should keep her mom and brother busy.
